This is possible with "VoiceGuide for Dialogic".

ok we have dialogic cards with voiceguide for 8 lines . so what is the intruction for to do, when you press a key 9 for example, an advance fast .

Open up the script editor which comes with VG for Dialogic (it's version number is 6.x) and look at the path options available in the Play module. There is a whole list of "PLAY ACTION" type paths there.
